This apartment was like a home away from home. It was perfect, spacious, clean, bright, neat and modern.It had a complete cuttlery from plates, cups, glasses and wine glasses. The Oven and stove were great. My son is a chef (who was with us on vacation in portugal) liked the oven and stoved a lot cuz it cooked dishes well at right temperature.
The best thing that we liked, was the central vacuum cleaner. Fantastic. We have stayed in some self catering apartments in various countries and never seen anything like it. This is the first time we see a condominium building that has that feature. Central vacuum cleaner. It was great and it made cleaning a lot easier.
The location is a 10 (10 being the highest rank as in fantastic). It's a 10 minute walk to the boulevard. Just walk towards the Catholic Church and go straight to the small sqaure and you will see a lift that you can take to take you down to the street that connects to the boulevard. You may have coffee by the boulevard facing the beautiful blue sea. It's also a 5 minute walk to Intermache Supermarket, that practically has all things.
In total, we love Sao Martinho Do Porto. Great relaxing vacation, nice people, nice place, beautiful weather and yummy coffee and croissants.

We had a lovely time at the apartment. It is stunning and everything that we wanted/ needed. The pool was never too busy and being such a short distance from the supermarket/beach was fantastic. Having Tony pick us up from the airport also made things very relaxing. Nicola was very helpful and always available. Sao Martinho is a beautiful place and I can see why you chose to buy an apartment there. Apart from the location and weather, the food was cheap and I am a convert to portugese wine. We had a lovely lovely time.

I am not easily pleased when it comes to vacation apartment rentals. I have encountered many in my travels globally. This apartment played a significant part in my delightful and very pleasant S Martinho experience. Firstly, the apartment was equipped to a high standard and had fantastic high-tech fixtures. I love the natural light that floods through during the day. Secondly, the property manager was at my beck call even during the weekends and went the extra mile in ensuring that my needs were met. Thirdly, in addition to the superb hospitality from the property manager, the out-of-town landlord regularly emailed me to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether your trip is for two weeks or two months or longer, I recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a beautiful vacation apartment where superior customer service is provided.
